Yes I liked working with organization. First 3 years everything is fine for 2019 to 2022 but after that in 2023 day by day work culture started going to be bad day by day. There is no proper log off time.

When working with organization I dislikes the internal politics in working please. If any one will.be giving his 200% also no one will ask them. But if anyone without doing anything also they get the application.

The employee culture, inter and intra dept, everyone is very supportive. I think the highest management is supportive but unaware of the actions of dept heads
