MIL Industries Limited is a Pioneer in Corrosion & Abrasion Resistant Rubberlining since 1966. I have more opportunities of drafting Letters / emails independently. When I am very confident on the subject, I myself draft letters / emails and show to GM-Marketing. After his approval, I send email to Clients. Most of the times, there is no correction in my drafted letters / emails. Sometimes, GM also tell me the subject orally and ask me to draft letter and I draft accordingly. I like MIL because it is located in half an hour train travel distance from my residence. I also like office timings in MIL.

My present salary in MIL is not satisfactory for me. I am performing and discharging my duties & responsibilities very well, which was witnessed by top management also. They have also appreciated me on my performance. Even then, the present salary is not proportionate to my performance in discharging the duties & responsibility assigned to me.
