1.Too much politics here. 2.Hierarchy not maintain. 3.Juniors report to HOD directly. 4.Job description not maintained Senior Engineer, Assistant manager & also Deputy manager do setup, tool change and other activity. 5.Prmotions provided to whom who Sycophant. 6.Strict working Monday to Saturday. 6. Managers fear from Permanent operator.

Work Life Balance is really good. No over-time, atleast in R&D. Travel perks are great.

Dislikes

No salary slab. No appreciation for long time employees. 6 days working. Neemrana location, no place for weekend entertainment.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This company is established 2008. I love that fact I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but salary/appraisal, career growth is very slow and work pressure is high. There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior don't like me have to guide them step by step.
