...s company lays of employees without any notice, paper or any prior notification. And they think they pay a good amount of salary to employees (lol). 3- Seriously pathetic managers who behave like school teachers and want employees to behave like their students!!

Likes

...eryone worked as a team and supported each other. The work never felt stressful. The pay scale is good.

Dislikes

The only downside is you have to work every alternate Saturdays and unnecessary meetings held on every Thursdays which needs you to reach the office and hour early. These meetings should be held during the office hours and not expect people to come an hour early for it.

Staff is good but there is so many politics

Roopak the manager he is big ego person he was abusive and no level of professionalism this company sucksss I work for 6 months and they used to comment and body shamming

the opportunity to learn something new , As over working your self without proper training and assistance.

Dislikes

They lay down people on a whim. No warning no paper work. They had appointed people not suitable to fulfill the position. Name to be taken , Rupak Singh ( so call manager ) does not know how to manage the work, task , shift and provide assistance to maintain work life balance. Samir Nag ( HR ) don't know how to converse more than 1.5 min in English, don't know how to differentiate between right or wrong when comes to his favorite and other employee Andy ( don't know his real name ) Completely blind even being the tech head.

They take you on a trip every year (around December). Not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Not much to learn here. It's an e-commerce business. You work for pet websites that sell pet medicines and supplies. The scope of work is limited. You may get bored very easily.
