...tute.I joined Miitjee in April 2009.Still I am doing job in Miitjee, Chandigarh.But I reached to the saturation point of its salary paying capacity.So presently I am in search of a job providing me a good salary.Professional growth in Miitjee is excellent.But there is a less room for financial growth for long time.For 4-5 years it's good.People in Miitjee are very cooperative.Our director Mr. Sanjay Mishra is a very good person, having a deep knowledge of Mathematics.Under his guidance I assisted him in writing competitive books on mathematics Fundamental of mathematics available in 7 volumes.

Less financial growth.

Overall I am dissatisfied with the work environment. Senior teachers are supportive, arrogant principal

Dislikes

Lack of job security, lack of opportunities for career growth, ego problems among few teachers, poor recreational facilities
