More,This company is not having any growth, not gained any knowledge,they will not teach you,they are not interested to change the things which is going wrong,only Bengalis can rule ,the management and owner is not taking any action about the employees struggle only one lady is spoiling the name of the company, she is not that much worth then y.?

Worst peoples, no one is there to question them, seniors are no. 1 local people's they don't know to communicate in basic English they are coming there to do gossips and they were sit like in the park they always send people's out those who have more Knowledge more than them they won't teach you anything, They are coming there for time pass. Everyone will have a dream to achieve something in their carrier but we will spoil our career and life because of 1 or 2 peoples they won't let you to grow up because then they want to go outside they won't get a job also... Cheap people , they won't work and put all the mistakes on the team members and they make them to send out by cheating higher officials in this all one community will work together it means they won't work.. very worst in characters also not a good human beings there is no good developers in there best and big project....

I like nothing, local ladies running the company and they don't have basic behaviour sense,Poor management, management people don't know anything just sitting there to change the place of the employees and seeing who is talking with whom , operations are very worst , they are not taking any action on local lady... There is no shift timings for those local peoples they can come at anytime and they can go at anytime no need to work because they also included with management team.

✓ Providing laptop, equipments and working space is more that I like so much. ✓ two days week off. ✓ providing lunch, snacks and beverages.

° Worst training system. ° Worst office culture. ° Worst management system. ° Poor work balancing. ° Your success is depend on your reporting manager. ° No gain of hard working and honesty. ° I am working here since 3 years but experience is not fruitful. ° There are a lots of things to write about the worst thing in MIHUP.
