Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

there is nothing to like pathetic company manage hire same team manage system not good. Nothing just that they won't kick you out until you refuse to abide bye their stupid home made policies that even exist in labor law. Please know one any join this company

The culture is largely towards flattering the MD and his second hand commander. only those who stay foolish become the favorites. work is barely regarded although full show off on social media by means to reward and recognition while employer is leaving but no raise

No one professional, mieux make fool there Clients Clients, they deliver pirated software &OS to their clients &take charges etc.
