Its not a good company to start career with. Toxic environment and politics are played. No growth opportunity. Only hire and fire policy are taken seriously here.

...done to meet the goals. And you will be fired if you do not after working hours. Also there is no compensation of working extra time.

Hard to find. Its a company run by a marketing guy from electronics background. There are only two departments in the company, searching and illustrations. The co-founder doesn't want the company to grow and is involved in his other startup. Do your own research regarding the company before joining.

...at he targets new employee 2. Toxic environment - Always trying to blame staffs. Irrelevant blame game in the name of US clients just to find reason of your salary deduction. 3. No transparency and manipulative behavior 4. No Insurance - There is no insurance of employee in this company. If you are working here expert to work for approximately 12 to 16hrs a day in the name of revision or urgent projects which will eventually lead to lots of health issues. 5. No Holidays - You will hardly get a day off. You have casual leaves but the co-founder will never allow you to use the leaves in the name of work and paid leaves are just a scam. National holidays such as Raksha-Bandhan, Janmashtami, Ramanavami, etc are working days. The excuse that is given to you is "we are working in US company" but you will also not get leave on American Independence day. 6. No HR Department - Its a small company of 6 people including the co-founder who runs the show. The co-founder keeps changing the policy everyday as he sees fit to deduct the salary of the employees. An average life-span of an employee is not more than 6 months. Basically, they hire freshers to extort them in the name of internship. Don't expect to receive any joining or relieving letter from them.

There is nothing to like about this company because if you are thinking that as a fresher you would gain knowledge and learn something new than this is not the company for you. This company is only for those people who can work 12hrs a day without any demand.

...ining is not given to new joinee and documentation work is always incomplete. The management always creates new rules and policies every month to deduct your salary.

This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. There is no job security and the company policies keeps on updating from time to time to exploit employees.

...hs ) 4. Average life of an employee is max 1 year. 5. Notice period is 2 months. However even after serving the notice period you will not receive the documentation and salary. 6. No vision of the company. 7. Late night work culture is promoted and appreciated by the manager. 8.Accept to work during weekend \ from home without any extra benefit. 9.Very mediocre but egoistic Management. 10. No growth opportunities

Working with Midwest has bring me know about the IT department as well. We used to enjoy the team lunch and make some fun activities as well with refreshing the mind on the weekend. Experience with Midwest for learning with fun activities.
