Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Long term approach to building a sustainable organisation in India. Talented people with exceptional outlook and viewpoints on different engineering problems.

Dislikes

This Organisation is in the process of setting up in India. So the processes are growing as well and clear definition is being set up on the fly. So guidelines may seem to be blurry at first glance. But the Organisation has clear intent to make the guidelines as employee oriented as possible.
