Only bad thing about company is that they don't hire ex employees even those who left with proper serving of notice period. It shows that there is a lack of empathy towards the reason employee left I hope they change this rule for the better.

...employees conducts many events regularly each month and has good referral perks incentive is also good but salary is very average according to the market and earning higher incentive is totally on your luck

Concept of Re hiring and Basic salary is low and in any case if you are not able to meet monthly target due to health issues or any family issues your income get effected..

It’s in top 50 great places to work in India. Everyone’s values and dignities are taken care of. The infrastructure as well as the location is superb(Just near to Huda City Centre Metro St).

Dislikes

Target based job. Rotational shifts(5:30 to 02:00 and 03:00 to 10:00) Have to work overtime without pay sometimes to meet targets...(not sure whether they still follow this strategy).
