Job security is at risk, basic salary without incentives is too less, work requires a lot of hard work, pressure to meet targets for your own sake (incentives and job security)

Low salary package, disturbed worklife balance, no growth, if u know someone in higher position, then you would be able to crack IJP else no value for talent and hard work

It’s in top 50 great places to work in India. Everyone’s values and dignities are taken care of. The infrastructure as well as the location is superb(Just near to Huda City Centre Metro St).

Dislikes

Target based job. Rotational shifts(5:30 to 02:00 and 03:00 to 10:00) Have to work overtime without pay sometimes to meet targets...(not sure whether they still follow this strategy).

Work culture is very good . Management is very much friendly and support. Company cares for the wellness of employees

Salary is not justified and also you have to wait for a long period for a promotion

Only bad thing about company is that they don't hire ex employees even those who left with proper serving of notice period. It shows that there is a lack of empathy towards the reason employee left I hope they change this rule for the better.
