Worst company ever worked , didnt give proper salary as per experience, Intentionally delays our increment

They give low salary, if your salary is less then you are hired , low level thinking management,they intentionally delays our increment and gave less percentage of increment

If you want to be Mechanical engineering this is not the place to be. Technical skill development is very minimal.

Middleby india Engineering is a very good company to gain technical as well commercial knowledge. It is lead by a great vision and the urge to perform is natural when you are around with such people. Performance review happens on time and managers are very open and transparent about requirement and support you to achieve the company goals. Only company where I have seen the HR department works amazingly!!

I didn't work here , but i got opportunities to attend interview here multiple times , First time i attended interview , rest times i rejected the interview call offers I hereby describing my experience about the interview , First round was written technical questions 2nd round was tool test( inventor or solidworks as per our choice) 3rd round was horrible with MD , who doesn't have a sense of how to talk in proffessional manner. He behaviour was rude , harrasing nature ,and i felt like it will be a hell even if i got a oppurtunity to work here I would like to tell you that , my friends and my present collegues at my new company has felt same experience when i spoke them about my interview experience In additional , it is in remote area and i felt company aestitic infrastructure also doesn't felt in MNC standard So if you ask my opinion, i will suggest from my bottom of the heart , if you are looking as a Mechanical design engineer post , pls don't even attend the interview bcoz of that MD it will be a hell . And those who had similar experience of mine , please reply to the post

Over time benefits.

Name shake it's an MNC, All the decisions taken by Indian management. So cant expect on time increment or other benfits. Cant give assurance for continuous projects, don't expect job security.
