Only Hr Anukekha was good. The CEO Nitin Shankar has some good knowledge in HRM.

Dislikes

There is nothing I learned from this company. There are many internal politics in the company for positions. No growth nothing. Only job is to close sales targets thats is no support is provided. Only money oriented company. The management is very old school. They always tell us to make x number of calls and use free email marketing tools n all. Also they are Voilating data policy. They download working professional peoples data from job portals and tell us to call and give certification courses.

Likes

As a fresher joiner I am happy to say its a very good learning company .Employee can improve his/her knowledge in all functions of HR which we can't in any other company. We can improve our skills in both quality of time and work.

Dislikes

Its a challenging environment with the top management and easily pose mistakes on middle level employee in spite of taking the responsibility in solving the problem. Top management will not involve and take the responsibility of work. I sincerely feel company is withstanding profits with the effort and work of middle level employees and ideas of managing director Mr Nitin sanker.
