Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

nothing, very worst working culture followed, no salary paid for employees. group of employees registered complaint with indian consulate in Nigeria for not paying their salaries.

The group is full of non professionals people, right from the directors to lower staff - Abusive behaviour , with firing warnings since from 1st week of joining - Late salary remuneration, as late as 8 months - Notorious senior managers playing with the future of employees for just short term goals - Fraud HR practices - Wrong commitments with employees - Fraudulent immigration practices and pressure from senior management to follow the same or leave the job
