There is lot of politics in upper management There is no stability in organisation And there is no accountability of any ony In the end the sales man is the culprit and everyone else is bashing him.

its company with good ethics and values for all employees, good job security and work satisfaction. you have freedom to and complete the project or work in specified time without any higher official pressures.

Disappointment is lots of changes in higher management dents the growth of company as every new person brings in new idea and the earlier once are half fulfilled which leads to confusion and disappointment. job profile was not specific or specified if we raise any issues. overall good company to work for.

The company have a very strong team for manufacturing/Production side. The facilities are provided decent and satisfying.

Dislikes

Very unplanned cruicial decision making, change of top positions and unorganized work culture. Have skilled manpower within which turns unidentiffied and unused. Very strong organization base , but the distribution channel is very unstable.
