They hire and fire people's with silly reasons. Manager's and TL are not having any knowledge of recruitment and how to onboard candidates

No Job security hirefire put lots of pressure and sometimes they ask to work on sat and Sun if we do not work they cut salary for sat and sun

Management and way to treat their employees, very flexible to shift the departments of someone is not performing well in there department or team.

Very tough to think about the dislike because all the parameters where a employee look them better than another company Midas is very good comparing to work culture, promotion, respect to their employees...etc.

There is lot of Internal politics, and nepotism.

My Account manager does nepotism, they have their relative there and put pressure on other employees and while their relatives and he do timepass, chatting, scrolling social media. And their is also like guru chela.. Politics.
