Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing good to write about pathetic shop yes its not an company its a shop.

Dislikes

1)They hire at very low salary or hire to work free for 3 months. 2)They hire you with no offer letter or appointment letter so they can fire you in one day. 3)Attendance is marked in register so no proof that you are working there. 4)No petrol expense given for site you have to bare your own expense. 5) If you are travelling out of city then sleeper class ticket will be given or you have to go with general ticket. 6) At the time of reliving they don't give last month salary also they don't give experience certificate.
