Nothing that I can recall of. It's typical organization looking for people who say yes to management . Just say yes to ur manager.

It's depend on ur manager. Stay cautious with manager before disclosing anything. The Manager I got was pathetic.. He did fun of ur health issues in one to one conversation. They lack empathy. Always record ur conversation with manager or technical lead to save urself in future. Old days culture of Microsoft gone.. This is just like any other organizations u ever worked with. All depend on manager and his perspective on u.

Once you become expert in your tech you're supporting there's no growth. You will be stuck here asking cx for feed backs and ratings. If you get bad ratings multiple times the you put whole team down and then there's a constant pressure to get good ratings

... that treat you with respect. Never heard anyone in my team complain about it. Compensation - Not excellent, but decent for the work being done Faciities- Free cab (3 people in a car), free food - BF, Lunch, Snacks... Spacious work space, enough focus rooms and phone booths...

Sometimes work is a bit boring

Great WLB, salary, brand name, flexible work hours (no one keeps track of when you login and logout)

Dislikes

Politics, low team bonding, not a lot of learnings as compared to startups, too many reorgs and manager changes (10 manager changes in 2.5 years)

Microsoft makes sure to make its employee feel happy and satisfied. Work-life balance is the priority here. They also focus on data security which is a must in today’s times

Dislikes

The compensation could have been better. For the same level at other competitive organizations, employees are offered a better package
