Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There's not much to love about MicroSave. The organisation feels like a retirement place with slow pace and great work-life balance. Some people are great but not all.

Dislikes

Salary is low compared to market standards. On top of that, appraisal is not compatible with inflation. Worst part of the company is the HR department. They will hassle you to come to the office for no reason and they themselves will be absent.

It was a pleasure working at Microsave office Lucknow. However, me being from IT background there was no scope for growth after a certain point.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Technical staff is rewarded frequently than the non-technical staff.
