The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i really feel good of working there bcz the working field related to my knowledge and knowing the new things which makes me more knowledgeable.there I had dealt with many projects like AF75.BIGPCB.EPAC.ECG.UPS.and many projects .Coming to the company culture I really love it why bcz all of them will complete the project in a right time and my colleagues from various cultural backgrounds we all work happily in collaboration

Compensation is descent but growth is slow.coming to the work pressure is high when the product has to be released in the market .Sometimes I have to submit more product output other than there is no dislikes for me

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
