Not good for experienced person. Salary is low and appraisal is also very less unless you are buttering your senior. And you need to forget your personal life if you are working in this company.

If you are engineer or ehs then you will not receive over time on your salary base they give very low amount. No high growth but job security

If you are outsider you will get very less salary how on earth I was getting 13 k as a fresher & I found lots of people who was hired by the company was getting 18k as a fresher kindly understand a man cannot survive in this low salary atleast give ctc as per industry standard and cost of leaving.

It is a good company on time salary for this much of situation , they are build now big on Mechanical Side ,job security is the one of the best in this company policies are different between all are no PF
