Management and all colleagues are always open to New ideas and way of working to meet set target and goals. while working at MGT one will always have a satisfaction that he had done some valuable contribution to industry and which helps them for long term in their career.

Job security is strong, nobody say to getout, Company culture and people behaviour is very good, you can ask anything to everyone, for 1st step it is good company as leaners, But salery structure is poor, incremental facilities low, sometimes company don't care your telent, Decision taken poor, everyone try to hold, freedom for work.

career growth slow, low salary structure at engineer level, Regular work.

Micromatic Grinding technology is one of its kind and very rare company that exists in these days. The company culture is extraordinary, i worked here almost 4 years where i learnt most of thing. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth was slow. company don't distinguish between people who actually deliver and those who only pretend. When i was about to leave, i found the culture and values were start degrading. spoon feeders were all over in management, hence i didn't found myself relevant to work anymore. i wish and hope MGT to reach at their best position.

Dislikes

Company should have transparent and clear Core KPIs linked to its Mission and vision and clear monitoring of what projects are running. Spend more on the training and visual management/ dashboards etc
