Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcades for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Microland must have some plans for employee's career growth this is the one thing I felt.

Rotational shifts without shift allowances, they only provide allowances for night shift which is 250 rupees. No free transport, you will have to pay for it. Since we are working from we could neglect this transportation. Only females can get one side free transport. Health insurance policy won't cover parents and it will be only for spouse and childrens.

Compensation is very low. Every thing is depend upon client location. Don't do for client location and it's worst I'm working in hmcl project 4.8 yrs but no career growth.Client and reporting manager is very worst. Please dont go for chittoor plant hmcl project. Microland don't care about employees and always important to clients. Extra compensation and cuttings in ctc. No one care about the work .Client side work is very worst Hero Motocorp Ltd. Every thing is depend upon client side manager. He is all rounder for to rule the IT employees and need to depend always even leaves and work time and leaves also.

Microland is a great place to work if you don't actually want to work and give well decorated excuses to the clients.

Dislikes

No work life balance Pathetic salary(worst in the industry) No knowledge gain(senior people don't want to teach juniors because that puts their job at risk according to them) No career progression ( they will promise a lot and then won't give anything. Their designations, which they give very easily to anyone, is of no use in the market). They make people do inhumane shifts(rotational shift every week). That is not even required but still they will do that. They give literally no added benefits given to engineers. Avoid this company at all costs.
