I was at a client site. Best thing is that the managers dont keep constant eye always. The CEO focussed on AWS and other cloud training. The company annual appraisal is minimum 10% for an avg per former.

Dislikes

...than your quality work. No one cares about your work until any escalation etc. They cut money in annual bonus for sure. HR are not so good. Some are good, but junior HRs are bad. If you are on bench due to client wrap up, they dont really support you. IJP are also only on paper, actual IJP happens due to your relationships just like a govt job.

...also quite good. Policies are also employee friendly they think about employees. They pay overtime according to hours you've supported.

Dislikes

Microland must have some plans for employee's career growth this is the one thing I felt.

Company policies and learning is every thing good.

Compensation is very low. Every thing is depend upon client location. Don't do for client location and it's worst I'm working in hmcl project 4.8 yrs but no career growth.Client and reporting manager is very worst. Please dont go for chittoor plant hmcl project. Microland don't care about employees and always important to clients. Extra compensation and cuttings in ctc. No one care about the work .Client side work is very worst Hero Motocorp Ltd. Every thing is depend upon client side manager. He is all rounder for to rule the IT employees and need to depend always even leaves and work time and leaves also.

Microland is great company for employees and clients specially Training, Salary and Work culture.

Dislikes

In Microland HR And Admin support very poor and also Client side Microland management did not provide work life balance, training and recognition.

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

Dislikes

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.
