Good job security, employee morale is managed with medical assistance, fun activity, etc

Dislikes

Even before the affects of Covid 19 could be ascertained, it was proactively declared that no salary hikes would happen in 2020. There were commendable efforts made to bring employees back to office but no monetary help to assist employees who had to switch to a WFH model such as tables / chairs, etc.

Working under the leadership matters, which makes me feel happy. I have wonderful experience at MICROLAND under the leadership of Bhawesh who keeps motivating his team on skill development and learning

Compensation or other benefit plans are not as per other companies

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

Dislikes

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.

Microland provides exposure to various IT projects and encourages skill development through training programs.

Dislikes

salary is not competitive compared to other IT service companies. Limited increments or lower-than-expected appraisals

Nothing is there, Only one thing that your Salary will credit in time , THATS IT.

Dislikes

Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.
