lt gave me versatile working experience especially in micro-finance industry, and it did gave me a broadened sills set as l had to work in various portifolios assigned during my internship there.

work pressure was high due to poor economic environment our country was in hence giving like loans and making follow up for repayment was hectic though we successfully avoided defaulters the organization was not financially stable hence funding was low yet the core business was of lending money, because of economic pressures , also at work there was a lot of Fears of job security hence it lowered work motivation
