The top management is always ready to take that calculated extra risk to win a few miles in the company's growth. MD & CFO are the most positive people in the company who are always with anyone willing to give something different to the customers & market. A great place to learn corporate governance relating to management & decision making.

Dislikes

While the top management is super active in expansion, the mid & lower managements and the rest of the team aren't self starters and need a lot of push day in day out. The HR policies are a bit one-sided and need to be updated to meet today's office needs & requirements.

This company is good for freshers,who want to learn multiple things this platform is good.

Doesn't have dislike things but internally some politics happened, unfortunately management didn't knew this kind of issues

I was worked one year in microgenesis .As a fresher it was good company and we can learn skills and work . Especially finance team was nice , Senior people were able help to freshers . Thank you
