Proud that I'm working in best organizations like Microfinish, but dis satisfied about my manager he doesn't let me do the design work. 😡

Freedom of learning. People are friendly and helpful. Lot's of practical exposure to their applications. Industrial exposure for production and manufacturing. You will experience on what it takes to be in manufacturing industry.

Dislikes

Don't expect anything or else you will have bad experience and disappointment. Be clear about your decision because what you were promised and what you work on would be totally different.

Worst company in the universe. No respect to employees. You will spoil your life if you join here. It's like living in british Era. No room for personal interest.

Management, managers & owners are really worst I have never ever seen such cheap people and growthless company in my entire life. Never ever refer anyone in that company. Owners use bad languages to employees managers are so mean they backstab u and torture u untill u leave the company.

1) Process & manpower is nicely set as required for manufacturing. 2) Company owners are also heading respective departments & will get immediate decisions. 3) Company owners are very professional & strict with work & are knowledgable about the product. 4) Good Brand value of the company (High domestic presence & Good Raport) 5) Owners will help you financially if you are in personal problem. 6) Company's vision is strong & definitely will grow in upcoming years.

Dislikes

1) Payment is too low & increments are meager. 2) Constant pressure. 3) No value for your experience. 4) Ask to work overtime & also on sundays when work load is more(which will be always there) 5) Owners scold with no remorse for even a minor mistake.
