Today, i am unsure of my job is there or not in this office. Frustrated at moment, because of management, itself is not good enough. First time in my whole career, I made my big mistake to joint this organisation. I am totally unhappy and dis-satisfied with their culture. I could not match my culture, with theirs. Anyways, staff's are very good, and supportive throughout.

Dislikes

Frankly telling you that, teammates are good and supportive, all the time. My training period, was too lengthy for me (3 months almost). I was very much bored for this training, at that time. My job is not so secured (unsecured). I could not give you any guarantee, on this job. Anything could be happen, at any moment of time. There is lot of rubbish politics, going around in my office. For me working in this company, is just like i am working in hell.

I have left that job before covid 19 so i dont know how they support other workers during the same

The senior excecutives are very bad specially towards ladies and they are talking in double meaning way and abusing infront of ladies staff I had also complaimt about the same but the supervisor had told me that if you search any thimg on google first you will be able to see all bad bad thimgs so make it habit and listen abusive words or double neaning talks
