FIrst day i join in company i dont know how to solve the problems,what is the way to do the job.but join after few months i learned a lot.now i can singlly handle shift and maximum solve any problems if i can't solve i support with my collics to solve the problem.

...rowth is very poor after company join dont responsible about my ESI,PF Salaries.some times salary paid 10th,12th date.

Microcare is a good company i love work with microcare but unfortunately i was shifted to vijayawada in Data Systems another company, recently i was joined in Data Systems Vijayawada Branch
