...esher their is no interview . joining of fresher candidate on contractor basis .But they provide job with salary for graduate employee 9thousand for 8hour and for 10th and 10+2 salary 8000 for 8 hours duty in two shift day and night . Two hours overtime per day

Every body have different mind set Some people are good and some not good. You have to do hard work.

Job stability, Countinous growth, Time scalabity for work timing,Increment and bonus, work culure asTeamship,Skill base learning growth, On time salary are key factor staying me last 8 year in organization

I am happy that I am a part of micro turner. Company used technology which is working everywhere. company makes high quality products and used good quality raw material for their customers.

Slow growth.Low compensation. Experienced people do not teach and don't tell anything.An individual can't apply innovative ideas in company.

...ant posts for operators. They make sure you get paid on time. At least a MT-2. They don't hold anyone's salary. While you resign they will wind up your any kind of money and let you go.

Dislikes

Low salary. No upgrade. Bad working culture. Poor hygiene. Very low increments. No skill development. Only focus on getting more production from operators. They don't even allow you to work in their other plants.
