...quent basis. HR was not employee friendly and was more supportive to managers. To managers they were giving salary in lacs, and one hierarchy down they were paying 20-30k. It was a huge gap. Nõ appreciation was there, no bonus. I started my career at 15k and left at 22k from thi company. This was my overall growth in almost 4 years. Dumb management.

Likes

1. Company provides free bus facility for all working employees. 2. good quality food serves to all employees in canteen at nominal rates. 3. Saturday is off for all white collar employees. 4. Cafeteria is also there inside the premises. 5. Morning and evening snacks are also being provided. 6. Flexible working hours is the best facility that one can avail.

Dislikes

1. Company should provide accommodation facility to the employees belonging to outside of the city. 2. New hired employees are not properly guided. 3. HR should take responsibility for successfully completion of induction process instead of assigning this task to buddy. 4. HOD/Reporting in-charge not giving proper attention to newly hired employees.

Likes

The Working culture and the environment around are very comfortable. People support each other to achieve the goal and targets. Importantly leaders are accessibly and easily can speak and share opinions for the beneficial for the organization growth .

Dislikes

Few things to work on which anyway the conecern department is working to overcome those . Improvement are required for all the companies for the benefecial of the empoyee and reduce attrition rates.

On a professional level, I am consistently given opportunities to grow in my role, as well as exposure to new area of the business, which helps me broaden my skills and knowledge.

I truly dislike on Promotion and appraisal activities and benefits part.

In the wika india group , only the palwal plant does not have admin position on the company roll. In all the other plants , admin roll follow a five day work week. Whereas the palwal plant admin roll follows six day work week. There is no any clarity as to when you can be on the role. No clarity in promotion. Not getting all company benefits.
