... food, pf, esi. But no one teaches you the work, u have to learn and do ur work. Basic salary is very poor. They have 2.4L ctc but they pay 11.200k per month take home. Everywhere if 2.4L ctc means around 15k inhand must be given. Cab facility is free for contract workers and not for employees. Take 2yr experience from outside and then join here. If u r fresher then ur salary and manpower salary is same. Also manpowers get settlement after 6months and if u resign before 2 yr trainee u won't get anything 😁 For employees they told to work till 8pm also but for without OT. (Don't ever join as assembly supervisor. It's terrible .I think u can understand) Otherwise organization is awsome

Nothing worth to mention . Very bad attitude towards beginners , low salary package for freshers . The biggest tragedy is they treat engineers low and think illiterate workers can do better than engineers . Such arrogant senior officials .

Md is very good but management is very bad who have zero knowledge they are getting high salary because this plant only required who have good knowledge about bucket or oil massage. I have proof all of these in unit 4 production manager who will take salary above 2 lakh but he doesn't know about injection moulding. I have proof but mppl management good then I'll told some mould name if Mr prasant mallikarjun is able to give ok part in 48 hour then I'll salute from my heart. But am 200% sure he is not able to do. Because he is zero that's why he terminated from acous.

Food and transportation for employees. Experience persons get good salary here..

Dislikes

Before 2020 work culture every thing is good. But now days os worst. There is recognition, Less increment and promotion, work culture is very poor, no job security, there is no value for hard workers.

Good working environment for all new and senior employees. Very good canteen,Transportation and salary deposit excellent management. Especially company owner Mr Vijendra Babu is a great person and he taking care of company and his employees very well.
