There is no leadership devepment.without knowing fact unnecessary sales pressure working only on primary not on secondary salary not on time every time salary delayed. Carrier growth is slow

This is a good company but there is a least chances of career growth and this is a poor salary paying company, work environment is good.

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.
