Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year's before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture HR policy mediclaim food all are provided third class even in lockdown they didn't given extra pay as well as third class food they provided in lockdown.

Based on your ability you will be promoted (5months), me being an example. But there are people who are working in wet lab for years. All need a chance to prove themselves, since a few need a push. If you speak about the Product/Products, being in the Instrumentation-QC, I can assure all the products are 99.99% perfect (there's no 100% in Pharma) Even if I speak about the management and policies, I don't think it reaches them..;-)

... burden to home, this is what I felt There is no canteen, could you believe me.. NO FOOD and no compensation, No OT, though you need to work once in awhile
