compensation is good but employe'S GROWTH IS VERY VERY LOW. I HAD WORKED WITH 8YEAR WITH COMPANY BUT MANAGENT AND MANAGER BOTH HAVE NO VALUE OF PERSON THEY THINK OWN GROWTH AND BENEFIT they never give good increment
