Micro labs is well-known company. But Front line manger are worsted in every Division. So that's why company image is damaged in the market

Micro labs given The TA and DA is very congested. Very worst figure there are giving package also very low.

this organization is very good for job security, work culture is cool management will not give you a lot of work to do on same day , it had good client based product of this company is well known in India (e.g. DOLO) organization always take care of their customer on top priorities .

growth of carrier as well as salary is very very slow there is no proper HR policy even hire management doesn't follow the policy given by HR there is no skill development program in this company politics is very high .
