Negative: Six days working, poor work life balance, indian mindset bosses and management, less chance even to thought and discuss new ideas. Boss is always right culturr

It's easy to go and come from company.place is nice , people are friendly. Learning opportunities are great.

Dislikes

Appraisal is little low .It is best for freshers not for experienced person when it's come to salary.

Since no one likes to take responsibility, you get to make decisions. But beware when the decisions backfire.

Dislikes

One year probation, no leaves, late pay day, late increments (by October), favourism and no promotions, unresponsive HR, no canteen, no proper seating (changes places continuously, always renovating), don’t offer ctc on offer letter, no proper parking, rude security guards, no proper mediclaim etc.

Likes

Micro therapies is an open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I worked there for a 6 month. In that short period I learned more .my teammates are awesome. As I am fresher they train me very well. I love the fact that I am apart of a team in quality assurance Department. Our growth is high.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have work for 12 to 15 hours straight in a day.

The company is keen in exploring the utmost skills and knowledge in the employee. Nice place to learn for a fresher.

Compensation and benefits not at par with work extracted. Work pressure is high. Company culture needs improvement.
