"Bonus" is one such component where in 50% is employees contribution given back with additional 50% added by the management. Language politics is a huge thing and you'll have to work apart from your profile. Forget getting a proper appraisal. The maximum "appraisal" Employees in certain departments get is around 1000rs. Only people who are desperate or are unable to get a job anywhere can try/apply here. Learn as you work, no training is provided but you are expected to possess knowledge of a person who has worked in the field extensively. You will be stuck with the same designation/position unless in favor of the manager. If you want to join this company it should be either your last resort or if you wish to learn.

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.

Internal politics is worst from the IT Department Vice president No salary benefits and appraisal We need to beg for appraisal and run behind the VP even though he will not approve if we ask hr they'll say it's pending form your VP. Even Sundays also they ask to work. Overall worst..no value and respect for the employees..
