Mamta Yadav is torturing the team members. She doesn't contribute single time in a project instead keep on harrasing team members via email. Lot of politics. She doesn't care for her team members and takes away others credit. No proper management and communication by her. She creates lot of trouble for all.

Worst company to work for. Poor management The worst thing is that so-called manager Nikita Jain [she always flexes her IITB degree] doesn't miss a single chance to torture you and question your character. She is the worst person to work with. If you are going to work with her, then you will get only a mental troma, nothing more than that. and that reporting head Mr. Vyas needs to learn how to behave and communicate respectfully.

Work culture should be rectified . you have to have good buttering skills to grow in this organisation. Most of the HODs doing affairs with beautiful fresher girls. Our HOD is a womaniser.
