Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

...cs is played here between staff. Sufficient leave are provided to all the staff. There is no salary deduction at all. Audio visual classes are very good facility for teaching. Lab are used for acquiring practical knowledge. Innovative Personality Development classes are held during the class hours. Various basic computer courses are there.Teaching is a great job to learn new things everyday to improve our learning skills.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. Monthly salary is delaying from 2 months. Students are less. I am not satisfied with my salary. Additional benefits like T.A & D.A are not there.
