No management, every day decision changed, no any rule for staff, no discipline, salary nhi dete, kisi bhi employee ko without notice ek dam se fire kr dete h or iski salary bhi nhi dete....MiClient join krne k baad employee ko pachhtava hota h......🙄😣😣🙄🙄

There is nothing to like in this company. Everything is messed up, and the management, especially the directors are very unprofessional. Management is worst, they give you faltu ka gyaan & they pressure you to make sales every day If the sales are not met, your next day has been messed up.

Dislikes

...put on hold. It was the worst experience I ever had at a job. The directors made false promises & failed to deliver on their commitments. They treat employees as a slave, demanding excessive work with no regard for humanity.

No pros no benifit of working here no professionalism no manners to speak in meetings no public holidays no salary on time, they don't give even Sundays off have to work 7 days a week

Dislikes

Their is no liking they will hire for some other profile they will give some other work and of you say anything about that they will give threat to fire from the company as they will hire for technical profile and then make you work in non technical fields and they don't even give salary on time, will give hopes of salary increment and when the time comes they will treat you like nothing and force you to resign
