Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The salary is not coming properly the salary date is 10 th but we get the salary on 13 to 15 only some month the split the salary and credited to the account . The login time is 10 am from 10 am to 12 pm we won't take a single break in-between time and in this company the are lot of interior politics is there and they are personally target few peoples those who are asking the quarrions for salary. It's a very bad company to work i get worst experience in this company

Dislikes

Everything including work culture, managers are not responsive. Makes you work like a slave, calls you even after work. At 7pm your work time ends and they call you at 9.30pm also. On Sundays suddenly in the morning they calls and tells you to work. No work life balance. No flexibility at all. No job security and can terminate any employee any time without providing any relieving letter.
