Professionally this place isn't worth for sane mental health. The management wants everything done without understanding the outcome, profitability and efforts required. Majority projects are internal at Bangalore without even a direction on what value add it would have to the company. Prior expertise and experience is not something that matters to promote or change roles, nor taken into consideration to be given opportunities. Pathetically micro managed and has a functional organization structure, though they have agile boards and scrum calls, still their culture is purely waterfall.
