HIKES ARE DECENT, BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS SOMETIME GET VERY HIGH. I HAVE TO WORK TILL LATE HOURS AS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENTS AND TAKING CARE OF THE RUNNING FUNCTIONS ALSO. ALSO SOMETIMES POLITICS RUN YOUR MIND AND CONCENTRATION AWAY FROM YOUR GOAL.
