As a MGNREGS Employee , There Is No Job Guarantee , & Salary Is Below Expectations, Even Work Culture Is Pathetic, Since this is a contractual Job , Everyone From Other Departement forced us to do their works or every single day we are getting threat to loose our job by higher authorities , even sometimes we have to work on sunday as well or do some task that even does not a part of our job profile.

Self-satisfaction by giving work to the unemployed and helping the needy.

Dislikes

Very low salary for working as a rural employee and negligible other expenses or allowances for field level work thus causing financial and psychological hardship.

It is possible that migration can stop, throw this development is being done , all the facilities of the government are available to the village .

Salary time does not come on foot , which makes it very difficult to walk home and and salary is also not increasing .

this is government agency , it is DRDA Distic Ruler Agency, it India government Yojna MGNREGA , My work is a dtata entry of Job Card, and give a taring about MGNREGA BLOCK MIS about any New Concept MGNREGA, And Typing leater and Forwarding leater of block,

the work is contract base , (11 month) , i have to work in holidays, and salary is not increase, so i change this job

Firstly, I am interested to development work for poor rural people..the company is open for rural people's related all kinds of rural developments and it works under latest technology....so i am interested to joining this job....

Dislikes

I am not satisfied on my job.. The work pressure is very high and salary is very poor. There is no official hours.
