No job security and joining on a contract basis and no guaranty of permanent joining after 5 to 6 years as I have 6 years. Of experience with the same institution.

Management is cooperative, kind, reliable, keep the words to large extent, transparent policy, .... job security is good .... good work culture ...

It's a good hospital if you are in need of depression anxiety and stress Women's are not safe.. thanks to creeps hired out by the organisation I will chose to die instead of survive if I'm at MGM Hospital
