Salary is less. Regular Appraisals don't happen and even if they do, it's minimal. No extra benefits given. Have to pay even for tea/coffee. Admin people are biased towards selected few.

This is mgmt is worst, not given any benifit for staff even salary also work in covid 19 only given19000 salary and 8hrs duty how-to posible that is alot staff suffering from covid19 positive but no body help them.

To learn the many things how to manage multiple work at time , learn to multitasking learn to good communication with other hospital employee and patient , patient relative, due teaching hospital I learn academic experience, learn many thing and MGM give that opportunity to learn and serve to people and MGM other branches.

Their is no standard operating procedure op to working environment, Salary growth slower.

All departments employees work as always Team work And maintained quality of health.

Unstability of staff because mostly staff took experience and try to moved immegration or to collect special course experience.
