Dislikes

I have been working in this company for the past four and half years. In these days, the working environment in my company was really good. My teammates are my cheerleaders and they never cease to stop encouraging me. They push me to be the best I can be. They are my family. They teach me new things.

Dislikes

I can't manage the work-life balance while working in this company because of staff shortage. And they fail to give incentives. They does not appreciate the good job I do. And the work load is too high for me and I am burning out.
