Dislikes

Poisonous politics in office, Terrible promotions, Employee's performance measured and deficiencies communicated only at the time of appraisals instead of periodical (quarterly/semi-annually) performance so that cost-saving should be made, No anonymous review taken from employees against their seniors, If there is no work in a department then you will allocated to another department (For example :- If no work is allocated to statutory audit executive, then his/her spare capacity is utilized by temporary transfer to another internal audit or business development department by the partners)

There is nothing to like here. Everything is unprofessional. HR guy is root of all evil & Nepo Kid management are in their own delulu

Dislikes

...e leaves. Bonus are cut for taking leaves. Female are hired for greenery effect. These people pay like a small CA firm but are as bad as street food vendors. They provide garbage laptops in office. Location of their office is horrible. It is actually curry road & huge pain in monsoon. There is no real intelligent senior in tax team. All they do is copy paste from google. Tax Partner does not have any idea what is going on in team.

All the things like culture, environment, reporting person attitude, delay in salary, no limits of working hours were horrible experience for me. I never saw such a pathetic company in my entire life

The work culture is bad, alot of favouritism happening, plus the rules are terrible. In Probation period the notice period is 2 months. Plus they claim as Sat off and after joining they say that we need to work on sat as per client’s requirement and no overtime are paid nor comp off is given.

MGB- Delhi branch is disaster in the name of corporate culture as well as in the name of CA community, Senior of Internal Audit team especially don't know how to manage and run a team, They are running a business like a "lala ki dukan". I will never suggest anyone to join MGB Delhi Branch especially.
